1. The service
Cartoon French provides French-learning materials. A0 content is free. A1 through C2 study materials, graded reading, vocabulary, exercises, and notes unlock after a one-time paid enrollment (currently $19 USD unless otherwise stated on the payment screen).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, share credentials, or attempt to bypass paid access.
3. Payments & enrollment
- Paid enrollment is processed by third-party providers (e.g. Razorpay, PayPal).
- After successful payment, Pro access to A1–C2 is linked to your account (lifetime for that purchase unless we state otherwise).
- Prices and currency display may vary by payment method (for example INR via Razorpay).
- If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be removed until payment is completed.
4. Refunds
Because digital learning content is delivered immediately after enrollment, refunds are generally not offered once Pro access is unlocked — except where required by law or if a technical fault prevented delivery. Contact support promptly if something went wrong with your purchase.
5. Intellectual property
Lessons, stories, media, branding, and software on Cartoon French are owned by us or our licensors. You may use materials for personal learning only. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell content without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or circumvent paywalls or content protection.
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful material.
- Do not use the service to harass others or disrupt operations.
7. Disclaimer
Learning outcomes vary. Cartoon French is an educational tool and does not guarantee exam results, visas, jobs, or certifications. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartoon French is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to paid enrollment is limited to the amount you paid for that enrollment.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and the product over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated reasonably when practical.
